秦岭松栎林功能多样性与物种多样性和环境异质性的耦合关系 被引量:13

Relationships between Functional Diversity and Species Diversity of Pine-Oak Mixed Forest in Qinling Mountains and Their Environmental Explanations

摘要 功能多样性是联结生物多样性和生态系统功能的关键性因素。通过在陕西省秦岭中段设置15块油松-锐齿槲栎混交林样地,分别计算了其乔木层、灌木层的5项功能多样性指数(FRic功能丰富度指数、FEve功能均匀度指数、FDis功能离散度指数、Rao二次熵指数和FDiv功能分离度指数)和4项α-物种多样性指数(Patick丰富度指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Simpson多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数),利用回归拟合、冗余分析等方法探讨了其功能多样性-物种多样性耦合关系,并探究环境因素对功能多样性的影响,旨在为秦岭松栎林生物多样性保育提供依据。结果显示:(1)灌木层的FEve指数、FDis指数和Rao指数均显著高于乔木层,而各层间的FRic指数、FDiv指数无显著性差异;(2)乔木层中,FRic指数与4项α-物种多样性之间均存在显著的负向拟合关系,而FDis指数、Rao指数与Patrick指数、Simpson指数和Shannon-wiener指数之间均具有显著的正向拟合关系;(3)灌木层中,仅FRic指数Patrick指数与之间、FDiv指数与Shannon-wiener指数之间存在显著的负向拟合关系,而其余的功能多样性指数与物种多样性指数之间均无明显相关性;(4)决定乔木层功能多样性的主导环境因素是坡位和土壤全氮含量,而决定灌木层功能多样性的主导环境因素是海拔和土壤pH值。该研究表明,秦岭松栎林群落不同层次功能多样性-物种多样性耦合关系及其功能多样性对山地异质性生境的响应均存在较大差异,这可能共同决定了该群落的生态系统功能。 Functional diversity is the key factor linking biodiversity and ecosystem function.We set 15 sampling plots of Pinus tabulaeformis-Quercus.aliena var.accuteserrata mixed forest in the middle party of Qinling Mountains.We calculated the five functional diversity indices(FRic functional richness index,FEve functional evenness index,FDis functional dispersion index,Rao quadratic entropy index and FDiv functional divergence index),we also measured fourα-species diversity indices(Patick richness index,Shannon-wiener diversity index,Simpson diversity index and Pielou evenness index)in the tree and shrub layer,respectively.By using the methods of regression fitting and redundancy analysis(RDA),we explored the coupling relationships between functional diversity and species diversity,as well as the influence of environmental factors on functional diversity,for providing basis for biodiversity conservation of pine-oak mixed forest in Qinling Mountains.The results showed that:(1)The FEve index,FDis index and Rao index of shrub layer were all significantly higher than those of tree layer,while the FRic index and FDiv index of each layer had no significant difference.(2)In the tree layer,there were significant negative fitting relationships between FRic index and all of fourα-species diversity indices,while there were significant positive fitting relationships between FDis index,Rao index and Patrick index,Simpson index,Shannon-wiener index.(3)In the shrub layer,there were significant negative fitting relationships between FRic index-Patrick index and FDiv index-Shannon-wiener index,while the remaining functional diversity indices had no significant correlations with the species diversity indices.And(4)the dominant environmental factors that determining the functional diversity of tree layer were slope position and total nitrogen of soil,the dominant environmental factors of those in shrub layer were elevation and soil pH value.In summary,these findings indicated that coupling relationships between functional diversity and
