摘要
文章以提升某款车型ⅡHS顶压性能为目标,进行连续碳纤维增强复合材料B柱加强件的设计,并通过有限元分析软件Hypermesh与Ls-dyna完成5种典型结构形式加强件的性能对比。5种截面分别为(a)与钣金加强板随形、(b)与内板随形、(c)拱型、(d)"凹"型与(e)帽型。对装配有相同铺层的这5种加强件的B柱进行截面分析并选用B柱子系统在ⅡHS顶压工况下横向对比其承载能力。研究发现,帽型结构截面积最大,其抗弯及抗轴向变形能力最强,承载能力最优,可为后续碳纤维加强件设计优化提供参考。
In order to improve the ⅡHS roof strength performance of a certain vehicle, the B-pillar reinforcements of continuous carbon fiber reinforced composite materials were designed. The performance comparison of five typical structural forms of reinforcement was completed through the finite element analysis software Hypermesh and LS-DYNA. The five cross-sections of reinforcements are(a) conformed to the sheet metal reinforcement plate,(b) conformed to the inner plate,(c) arched,(d) concave-shaped and(e) hat-shaped. The section analysis of B pillar with these 5 kinds of reinforcements was carried out and the B-pillar subsystem was selected to compare its load-bearing capacity laterally under the ⅡHS roof crash condition. It is found that the hat-shaped structure has the largest cross-sectional area, the strongest bending and axial deformation resistance, and the best bearing capacity, which can provide reference for the subsequent design optimization of carbon fiber reinforced parts.
