摘要
传动系扭振引起的噪声问题是汽车NVH领域常见问题之一。文章以某长途大巴NVH售后问题为例,通过车内噪声、各测点的振动信号、转速信号的时频分析,阐明了传动系扭振引起的噪声问题表现、原因、排查方法及解决方案。
The noise caused by torsional vibration of transmission system is one of the common problems in NVH field.Taking the NVH problem of a long distance bus as an example,this paper analyzes the noise in the car,the vibration signal of each measuring point,and the time-frequency of the rotation speed signal,and expounds the noise problems caused by the torsional vibration of the transmission system,the causes,troubleshooting methods and solutions.
