摘要
目的分析康复护理干预对下肢骨折患者下肢静脉血栓发生率的效果。方法于2018年8月—2019年8月在该院患者中随机选取共80例下肢骨折患者作为研究对象,以电脑随机的方法平均分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用常规护理干预,而实验组则在常规护理基础上采用康复护理干预。对患者护理后的下肢静脉血栓发生率、并发症发生率和患者的生活质量进行比较分析。结果实验组患者的下肢静脉血栓发生率5.00%低于对照组的27.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.430,P<0.05);实验组患者的并发症发生率12.50%低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.810,P<0.05);实验组患者的生活质量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.020、8.070、6.970、8.000,P<0.05)。结论以康复护理干预对下肢骨折患者进行护理可以有效促进患者的下肢静脉血栓发生率降低,降低患者的并发症发生率,提高患者的生活质量,康复护理干预在临床对下肢骨折患者的护理中具有一定价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the incidence of lower limb venous thrombosis in patients with lower limb fractures.Methods A total of 80 patients with lower limb fractures from August 2018 to August 2019 in the hospital were randomly selected as the research object,and they were divided into a control group and an experimental group in half by computer random method.The control group used routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group used rehabilitation nursing intervention based on routine nursing.The incidence of venous thrombosis of lower extremities,the incidence of complications and the quality of life of patients were compared and analyzed.Results The incidence of lower limb venous thrombosis in the experimental group was 5.00%lower than that in the control group(27.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.430,P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the experimental group was 12.50%lower than 40.00%in the control group,with statistical significance(χ^2=7.810,P<0.05);the quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(t=11.020,8.070,6.970,8.000,P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention for nursing patients with lower limb fractures can effectively promote the reduction of the incidence of lower limb venous thrombosis,reduce the incidence of patients'complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.Rehabilitation nursing interventions have the clinical care for patients with lower limb value.
