多媒体联合床边系统交接班在ICU本科护生临床教学的价值体会 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究多媒体联合床边系统交接班对ICU本科护生临床教学的影响.方法 在2016年5月—2019年7月期间,选取104名于该院实习的护士进行研究,随机分为实验组和参照组,实验组采取多媒体联合床边系统交接班教学方式,参照组采取常规教学方式,对比两组护士在实习前后对理论知识、实操能力掌握程度,以及对此次教学的有效率.结果 在教学开始前,实验组的理论知识、实操能力掌握程度与参照组无明显差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学完毕后再次进行对比,实验组的成绩明显高于参照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).另外对教学结束后的有效率进行对比,实验组的总有效率高于参照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 与常规的教学方式相比,采取多媒体联合床边系统交接班教学可显著提升ICU本科护生的理论知识以及实操能力,同时提高教学有效率,有应用价值. Objective To study the impact of the transfer of multimedia combined bedside system on the clinical teaching of ICU undergraduate nursing students.Methods From May 2016 to July 2019,104 nurses who were interned in the hospital were selected for research.They were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group.The experimental group adopted the multimedia combined bedside system to transfer classes.The reference group adopted the conventional teaching method,comparing the degree of mastery of theoretical knowledge,practical ability of the two groups of nurses before and after the internship,and the effectiveness of the teaching.Results Prior to the start of teaching,there was no significant difference in the theoretical knowledge and practical ability of the experimental group compared with the reference group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the teaching was compared again,the performance of the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the effectiveness after the teaching was compared.The total effectiveness of the experimental group was higher than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional teaching method,the use of multimedia combined bedside system transfer class teaching can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge and practical ability of ICU undergraduate nursing students,while improving teaching efficiency and application value.
