摘要
目的阐述继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者采用手术治疗的临床效果及术后患者恢复质量。方法该次研究时间选定2016年1月—2019年1月,研究对象便利选择该院收治继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者39例,均接受手术治疗,记录患者治疗效果,对比患者术前、术后6个月血钙、血磷、骨密度、甲状旁腺激素水平差异。结果该次39例患者均顺利完成手术,其中11例患者均切除甲状旁腺3枚,26例患者均切除甲状旁腺4枚,2例患者切除甲状旁腺5枚。手术平均用时为(102.56±21.17)min。术后1例患者出现颈部血肿情况,1例患者出现前壁皮下出血情况,1例患者声音明显嘶哑,1例患者声音较为低沉,4例患者于术后次日主诉手足麻木,经相应治疗后恢复正常。对所有患者进行为期半年的随访,术后患者血磷指标(2.29±0.12)mmol/L、血钙指标(1.39±1.11)mmol/L、骨密度指标(0.87±0.25)g/cm^2、甲状旁腺素指标(134.27±11.01)pg/mL均明显优于术前(t=7.340、6.050、8.060、25.080,P<0.05)。结论继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者经手术治疗后效果显著,可明显改善患者临床指标,提高其生活质量。
Objective To elaborate the clinical effect of surgical treatment and recovery quality of patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism.Methods The time of this study was convenienty selected from January 2016 to January 2019.The subjects selected our hospital for the treatment of 39 patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism.All of them received surgical treatment.The treatment effect of the patients was recorded.There were differences in blood calcium,blood phosphorus,bone mineral density,and parathyroid hormone levels 6 months after surgery.Results All 39 patients completed the operation successfully.Among them,11 patients had 3 parathyroid glands removed,26 patients had 4 parathyroid glands removed,and 2 patients had 5 parathyroid glands removed.The average operation time was(102.56±21.17)min.One patient had a hematoma in the neck,one patient had subcutaneous hemorrhage in the anterior wall,one patient had a hoarse voice,and one patient had a low voice.Four patients complained of numbness in the hands and feet the day after returning to normal.All patients were followed up for half a year.Postoperative patients'blood phosphorus index(2.29±0.12)mmol/L,blood calcium index(1.39±1.11)mmol/L,bone mineral density index(0.87±0.25)g/cm^2,parathyroid adenosine index(134.27±11.01)pg/mL was significantly better than before surgery(t=7.340,6.050,8.060,25.080,P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism have significant effects after surgical treatment.They can significantly improve the clinical indicators of patients,improve their quality of life,and promote their application.
