摘要
目的探讨细节管理在神经内科护理管理工作中的实施效果。方法2018年1月—2019年1月期间在该院神经内科接收的126例患者与30名护理人员作为调查对象,根据就诊编号分为参照组、研究组,各组63例,统计两组护理质量相关指标评分、护理不良事件发生率、护理舒适度、护理有效性及护理管理满意度评分情况。结果研究组基础护理、健康教育、护理态度、护理技术、文书书写、护理安全及护理质量总评分分别较参照组高(P<0.05);则研究组护理管理效果相关指标均较参照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理舒适度、护理有效性及护理管理满意度明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论采用细节管理模式能够有效提高神经内科整体护理管理质量及满意度,可作为首选的护理管理办法。
Objective To explore the effect of detail management in the management of nursing in neurology.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,126 patients and 30 nurse received in the Department of Neurology of the hospital were used as the survey object,and were divided into reference group and research group according to the visit number,63 cases in each group,and the scores of the indicators related to nursing quality were counted,the incidence of adverse nursing events,nursing comfort,nursing effectiveness,and nursing management satisfaction scores were compared.Results The total scores of basic nursing,health education,nursing attitude,nursing technique,document writing,nursing safety and nursing quality of the study group were slightly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The relevant indexes of nursing management effect in the study group were better than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing comfort,nursing effectiveness and nursing management satisfaction were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of detail management mode can effectively improve the quality and satisfaction of overall nursing management in neurology,and can be used as the preferred nursing management method.
