摘要
目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的疗效及对血清神经生长因子的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月收入辽宁中医药大学附属第四医院脾胃科门诊治疗的腹泻型肠易激综合征患者86例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组予以复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,比较两组患者疗效、神经生长因子(NGF)水平、炎症介质[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]水平、抑郁焦虑[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]评分及生命质量量表(QOL)评分。结果观察组治疗有效率为83.7%,高于对照组的58.1%(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组NGF、TNF-α、IL-8水平及SDS、SAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3个月后观察组QOL评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效确切,患者NGF等指标明显好转,焦虑抑郁症状明显改善,生命质量明显提高,其机制可能与氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片控制情绪障碍,使NGF分泌减少有关。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Dailixin combined with compound glutamine enteric coated capsule on patients with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome and its effects on serum nerve growth factor. Methods A total of 86 patients with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome who were admitted to our outpatient department Department of Spleen and Stomach, the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the study objects, and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group was given compound glutamine enteric coated capsule, and the treatment group was given deanxit on the basis of the control group. Clinical efficacy of the 2 groups of patients, nerve growth factor(NGF) level, inflammatory mediator [tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-8(IL-8)]level, depression anxiety [depression self-rating scale( SDS), anxiety self-Assessment scale(SAS)] score and quality of life scale(QOL)score were compared between the 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.9%, which was higher than that of the control group(58.1%)(P <0.05). The levels of NGF, TNF-α, IL-8, SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After 3 months follow-up, QOL score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Deanxit combined with compound glutamine enteric coated capsule is effective in the treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome. The patients’ NGF and other indexes are obviously improved. The symptoms of anxiety and depression are significantly improved. The quality of life is significantly improved. The mechanism may be related to Deanxit’s control of emotional disorders and the decrease of NGF secretion.
