电梯曳引轮与钢丝绳之间滑移机理研究 被引量:5

摘要 曳引电梯出现滑移现象会影响电梯的传动效率,甚至造成严重的人身安全事故.为了掌握曳引轮与钢丝绳之间的滑移机理.首先,分析了电梯曳引轮与钢丝绳之间滑移产生原因,确定载荷和磨损是影响滑移的主要原因;然后,分别研究载荷与滑移量之间关系模型和磨损与滑移量之间关系模型,定量描述了曳引轮与钢丝绳之间的滑移机理;最后,对电梯曳引轮与钢丝绳之间滑移机理进行总结,为电梯的安全运行提供参考. The transmission efficiency of the elevator will be affected due to the occurrence of slip phenomenon which even cause serious accidents.To better grasp the mechanism of slippage between the traction sheave and the wire rope,this paper made the following research.Firstly,analyzed the reasons for the slippage between the traction sheave and the wire rope and the main reasons were determined to be the load and wear.Then,separately studied the relationship model between load and slip as well as wear and slip,and the relationship model quantitatively described the slip mechanism between the traction sheave and the wire rope.Finally,summarized the slip mechanism which provides a reference for the safe operation of the elevator.
