摘要 智能化附着式升降式脚手架作为一种辅助性施工工具,在现代建筑施工中扮演着重要的角色。附着式升降脚手架在施工过程中,依靠架体结构的导轨实现升降运动,后通过导座满足架体的正常使用条件,因此结构的安全性和稳定性不仅体现在架体施工过程中的合理控制,更是体现在架体研发阶段的合理设计。文章主要介绍了实际工程中常见的智能化附着式升降式脚手架特点,平板附着式、双向吊桥避让结构等结构与安全、施工技术。解决了多点同步提升、架体刚度不足、适用性不高的难题,为项目安全文明施工提供了保障,缩短了施工工期,节约了施工成本。 As an auxiliary construction tool, intelligent attached lifting scaffolding plays an important role in modern construction. In the construction process, the attached lifting scaffold relies on the guide rail of the frame structure to realize the lifting motion, and then meets the normal use conditions of the frame through the guide seat, so the safety and stability of the structure are not only reflected in the reasonable control of the frame construction process, but also in the reasonable design of the frame research and development stage. This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of intelligent attached lifting scaffold commonly used in practical engineering, the structure and security and construction technology of flat-panel attached scaffold and two-way suspension bridge avoiding structure. It solves the problems of multipoint synchronous lifting, insufficient frame stiffness and low applicability, provides the guarantee for the safe and civilized construction of the project, shortens the construction period and saves the construction cost.
