摘要
中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度是我国一项基本政治制度,是中国特色的新型政党制度,具有深厚的历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑。我国新型政党制度是一种社会关系范畴,是矛盾的综合统一体,蕴涵及体现着深刻的政治辩证关系和制度辩证逻辑,是普遍性和特殊性、继承性和创新性、多样性和一致性、党的领导和多党合作、民主性和有效性的辩证统一。这种辩证逻辑是中国新型政党关系的客观反映,揭示了我国政党制度生命力和优越性的"密码",对深刻理解我国政党制度规律性和创新性具有方法论意义。
the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China is a basic political system in China.It is a new political party system with Chinese characteristics.It has profound historical logic,theoretical logic and practical logic.China’s new political party system is a category of social relations,a comprehensive unity of contradictions,containing and reflecting profound political dialectical relations and system dialectical logic,and a dialectical unity of universality and particularity,inheritance and innovation,diversity and consistency,leadership and cooperation,democracy and effectiveness.This dialectical logic is an objective reflection of the new relationship between political parties in China.It reveals the"code"of the vitality and superiority of China’s political party system,which is of methodological significance for a deep understanding of the regularity and innovation of China’s political party system.
