摘要
为有效控制孤岛工作面两巷围岩,对孤岛工作面煤柱留设进行了类比分析研究,确定孤岛工作面切眼煤柱30m、风巷煤柱20m、机巷煤柱15m;提出了锚网索联合支护,在煤柱侧进行深浅孔注浆加固方案。注浆加固后锚杆受力提高一倍,煤柱侧锚索受力提高45%,巷道底鼓量减少39%,煤柱侧位移减少27%,顶板下沉量和回采侧位移也均有减少。
In order to effectively control the surrounding rock of two lanes in the isolated face,analysis and research were carried out to determine the coal pillar retaining in the isolated face.It was determined that the cutting coal pillar in the isolated face is 30 m,coal pillar in wind tunnel is 20m,coal pillar is 15m.And the joint support of bolting and mesh cable is put forward,the deep and shallow hole grouting reinforcement is carried out on the side of coal pillar.After grouting reinforcement,the force of anchor rod is doubled,the force of anchor cable on coal pillar side is increased by 45%,the amount of roadway floor drum is reduced by 39%,the displacement of coal pillar side is reduced by 27%,and the subsidence of roof and the displacement of mining side are also reduced.
