异直式气体分布板气流分布数值模拟及分析 被引量:2

Numerical Simulation and Analysis of Gas Flow Distribution on the Gas Distribution Plate with Heterotypic Holes and Straight Holes

摘要 针对非球形颗粒物料干燥难点,基于直孔式和斜孔式气体分布板,设计了一种新型气体分布板。结果表明:异型孔可兼顾水平与竖直方向气速,创造了良好流化条件;直孔的设置和朝上微涡流的产生,增强了近气体分布板表面气相扰动,使得粗颗粒物料易产生流态化,大幅降低了颗粒与分布板的碰撞机率和碰撞力;稀相区静压平缓增长,稳定性高;密相区静压波动幅度大,有利于气固两相混合;证明了异直式气体分布板是合理可行的。 Aiming at the difficulty in drying non-spherical particles,having gas distribution plate with straight holes and inclined holes based to design a new gas distribution plate was implemented.The results showed that,the heterotypic hole can balance gas velocities along horizontal and vertical direction and create a good fluidization condition;the design of straight holes and the generation of upward micro eddy enhance gas-phase disturbance on the surface of the gas distribution plate,which makes the large particles prone to fluidization and greatly reduces collision probability and the collision force between particles and the distribution plate;the static pressure in dilute phase region of the gas distribution plate grows gently and stably;the static pressure's large fluctuation range in the dense phase region is conducive to gas-solid mixing,these prove reasonability and feasibility of the gas distribution plate with heterotypic holes and straight holes.
