摘要
介绍了恒流堵塞器的结构组成和工作原理。给出了恒流堵塞器水嘴与弹簧的设计方法。设计了一个室内性能实验系统,对堵塞器进行了限位实验,分析不同阀芯位移与压差的关系;对所设计的弹簧进行了恒流性能实验,结果表明所设计的弹簧与水嘴匹配较好,误差较小;最后对弹簧刚度适用范围进行了研究。
In this paper,the constant flow blanking plug’s structure and working principle were described and the design method of blanking plug’s water nozzle and spring was presented,including the design of indoor test device for the performance of the constant flow blanking plug.The experiment on the constant flow blanking plug’s limiter was carried out and the relationship between the spool displacement and the differential pressure was analyzed.The constant flow experiment carried out on the plugs with different constant flow rates showed that the spring designed complies with the water nozzle better.Finally,the study on the range of application of spring stiffness was implemented.
