稀土掺杂上转换发光生物医用纳米材料的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,稀土掺杂上转换发光纳米材料(UCNPs)发展迅速,应用范围较广。在前期研究的基础上,调研其作为生物医用材料并应用于这一较新的、多学科交叉领域。重点论述UCNPs的结构设计、组分遴选、工艺优化与形貌调控,力求构列出其组成、结构、形貌与上转换发光效率间内在的规律性,以提高其上转换发光效率,进一步阐述其作为生物医用材料的应用特点,着重围绕UCNPs在生物监测、细胞与小动物活体内的生物成像,如肿瘤疾病的治疗等生物医用领域的最新研究成果展开重点论述。指出目前研究仍主要存在UCNPs制备方法较为单一、发光效率不佳等问题,生物成像也仅限于小鼠等小型动物。最后论述UCNPs应用于生物医用领域的最新发展动态。 In recent years,up-conversion phosphors nanomaterials(UCNPs)have been rapidly developed and are widely used in many fields.Combining the scientific research results of our group and others,UCNPs,as a kind of biomedical materials,are applied in newer and interdisciplinary biomedical science.Structure design,component architecture,preparation process,and morphology control are emphatically introduced to expound the relationship that they make with the inherent regularity of up-conversion luminescence efficiency.To enhance up-conversion luminescence efficiency,the characteristics and application of biomedical materials are discussed,especially biomonitoring,bioimaging in vivo(small animals)&in vitro,treatment of diseases such as cancer,and recent developments in this field.At present,the research results are significant,but there are still some problems,including single preparation method and mainly thermal decomposition.The luminous efficiency of UCNPs still has room for improvement,and bioimaging is limited to small animals e.g.mice.In the end,from luminescence imaging to multi-function,the development trend of UCNPs in the field of biomedical science,is charted.UCNPs have broad,glorious,and challenging prospects in future.
