摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展,中小企业在良好的市场氛围下不断扩增,为我国经济建设贡献了重要力量。但是由于受到规模和其他因素的限制,中小企业在发展过程中存在诸多问题,主要体现在资金短缺、制度不完善、管理混乱和资金利用率不高。针对上述问题,论文提出相关解决对策,帮助中小企业在发展过程中建立完善的投资决策和管理预测的机制,进一步提升企业的综合实力。
With the continuous development of China's economy,small and medium-sized enterprises continue to expand and increase in a good market atmosphere,which has contributed an important force to China's economic construction.However,due to the limitations of scale and other factors,there are many problems existing in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,mainly reflected in the shortage of funds,imperfect system,management confusion and low utilization rate of funds.In view of the above problems,the paper puts forward relevant solving countermeasures,so as to help small and medium-sized enterprises to establish a sound mechanism of investment decision-making and management prediction in the development process,and further enhance the comprehensive strength of enterprises.
