摘要
在公共行业中,物业管理已经成为一个十分重要的行业。传统模式下的物业管理内容十分简单,已经不能满足现代民众的实际需求。物业管理服务的质量直接关系到民众的生活幸福指数。近年来,物业管理得到了社会各界的广泛关注,与物业管理相关的企业营运模式也受到了广泛关注,这在很大程度上促进了物业管理企业对于营运模式的创新与改进。物业管理企业在创新营运模式的同时,借助创新举措实现了物业管理水平的提升。论文围绕物业管理企业营运模式的创新展开了讨论。
In the public sector,property management has become a very important industry.The content of property management under the traditional mode is very simple,which can no longer meet the actual needs of modern people.The quality of property management and service is directly related to people's life happiness index.In recent years,property management has been widely concerned by the community,and the operation mode of enterprises related to property management has also been widely concerned,which greatly promotes the innovation and improvement of operation mode of property management enterprises.While property management enterprises are innovating their operation mode,they have also used innovative measures to realize the improvement of their property management level.This paper discusses the innovation of operation mode of property management enterprises.
