基于多组分矿物材制备混凝土用增效剂及其性能研究

摘要 利用优化颗粒级配和激发原理,基于多组分矿物材研发了一种可取代部分水泥的增效剂,研究其对混凝土工作性能、力学性能及耐久性能的影响,利用扫描电镜对混凝土的微观结构进行分析。结果表明:相较于基准组,增效剂的掺入可提高混凝土工作性能并降低其经时损失;当矿物材增效剂掺量不超过15%时,混凝土各龄期力学性能均较基准组有所提高;矿物材增效剂掺量为10%时效果最佳,28 d抗压和抗折强度较基准组分别提高了5.8%和18.0%,渗透高度降低了31.1 mm,电通量降低了19.5%,抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能大幅提升。 By making use of the optimized particle grading and excitation principle,as ynergist capable of replacing part of cement is developed based on multi-component mineral material,and its effect on concrete performance,mechanical properties and durability was studied.At the same time,the microstructure of the material was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Studies have shown that compared with the control group,the mineral material synergist can improve the working performance of concrete and reduce its fluidity loss;when the amount of cement substitution does not exceed 15%,the mechanical properties of concrete are improved at all ages,and 10%was the best.The compressive strength and flexural strength of the 28 d age increased by 5.8%and 18.0%respectively;the penetration height decreased by 31.1 mm,the electric flux decreased by 19.5%,and the resistance to sulfate attack was also greatly improved.
