摘要
通过铸锭冶金工艺,分别制备了含微量Mn、Zr、Sc和复合添加Mn、Zr、Sc的四种7050铝合金。利用光学金相显微镜(OM)和力学性能测试等研究热轧及固溶对添加微量元素7050铝合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,固溶处理后再进行热轧能够细化晶粒、提高力学性能;相同的处理方法下,添加微量元素能够明显促进合金晶粒细化,其中添加Zr、Sc元素的的合金具有良好的综合力学性能,特别是抗拉强和屈服强度提高幅度较大,塑性变化不大。
Four kinds of 7050 aluminum alloys containing trace Mn,Zr,Sc and composite additions of these three elements were prepared.The effect of hot rolling and aging on microstructure and mechanical properties of 7050 aluminum alloy was studied by means of metallographic analysis and tensile test.The results indicate that hot rolling after aging treatment can refine grains and improve mechanical properties.Under the same treatment method,the addition of trace elements significantly promote the grains refinement of the alloy.The alloy with Zr and Sc elements has good comprehensive mechanical properties.Notably,both tensile strength and yield strength increase greatly,plastic changes insignificant.
