摘要
目的:观察强脉冲光联合果酸治疗女性痤疮痘印的疗效及对患者治疗满意度的影响。方法:选取笔者医院医学美容科2017年10月-2018年10月收治的120例痤疮痘印女性患者为研究对象,抽签随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用果酸治疗,观察组采用强脉冲光联合果酸治疗,连续治疗6个月后来院复查,比较两组治疗后的临床疗效、满意度及不良反应。结果:观察组临床总有效率86.67%,显著高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后满意患者占比70.00%,显著高于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后不良反应总发生率为18.33%,对照组为15.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:强脉冲光联合果酸治疗女性痤疮痘印疗效显著,对患者造成的损伤较小,见效快,且不良反应发生率低,患者治疗后满意度高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of intense pulsed light combined with fruit acid on the treatment of female acne scar and the effect on the satisfaction of patients.Methods 120 female patients with acne acne were enrolled into the study from October 2017 to October 2018 in the medical cosmetology department of our hospital.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by lot,with 60 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with fruit acid,while those in the observation group were treated with intense pulsed light combined with fruit acid.After 6 months of continuous treatment,the patients were reexamined in hospital.The clinical efficacy,satisfaction and adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%,P<0.05).The percentage of satisfied patients in the observation group after treatment was 70.00%significantly higher than that in the control group(50.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 18.33%in the observation group and 15.00%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Intensive pulsed light combined with fruit acid has a significant effect on female acne scar imprint.It has less damage to patients,quick effect,low incidence of adverse reactions and high satisfaction after treatment.It is worthy of clinical application.
