摘要
针对目前探放水钻机质量大、移动困难、钻进速度快、单次只能钻进一个钻孔的缺陷,提出了一种新型的探放水钻机。该钻机采用了钻车和泵车分离式设计方案,应用灵活性高、钻进速度快、单次可同时对两个钻孔进行钻进作业。实际应用证明,新型探放水钻机有效地解决了传统钻进的缺陷,提高了煤矿井下钻机钻机作业效率和施工质量,具有较大的应用推广价值。
Aiming at the defects of high quality, difficult movement, fast drilling speed and only one drilling hole can be drilled at one time, a new drilling rig is proposed. The drilling rig adopts the separate design scheme of drill car and pump car, which has high flexibility, fast drilling speed and single drilling operation for two boreholes at the same time.The practical application proves that the new drilling rig can effectively solve the defects of traditional drilling,improve the working efficiency and construction quality of underground drilling rig, and have great application and popularization value.
