血清C肽及β2-微球蛋白与2型糖尿病肾病发生风险相关性分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨血清C肽、β2-微球蛋白与2型糖尿病肾病发生风险的相关性.方法将126例2型糖尿病患者设为研究组,55名健康体检者设为对照组.比较两组血清C肽及β2-微球蛋白水平,比较研究组不同病情患者血清C肽及β2-微球蛋白水平,分析血清C肽及β2-微球蛋白水平与2型糖尿病肾病发生风险的相关性.结果 研究组C肽及β2-微球蛋白水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),研究组不同病情患者C肽及β2-微球蛋白水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),2型糖尿病无肾病患者C肽及β2-微球蛋白水平最低,2型糖尿病肾病临床蛋白尿患者C肽及β2-MG水平最高.2型糖尿病肾病蛋白尿水平与C肽及β2-微球蛋白水平呈显著正相关(P<0.05或0.01).结论2型糖尿病患者血清C肽及β2-微球蛋白水平呈异常高表达状态,血清C肽及β2-微球蛋白水平与2型糖尿病肾病发生风险具有相关性,临床应密切关注. Objective To investigate the correlation between serum C-peptide,β2-microglobulin and risk of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 126 patients with T2DM were selected as the study group,and 55 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Compare the serum C-peptide and β2-MG levels of the two groups,and compare the levels of serum C-peptide and β2-MG in patients with different conditions in the study group.The correlation between serum C-peptide and β2-MG levels and the risk of type 2 diabetic nephropathy was analyzed.Results The levels of C-peptide and β2-MG in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The levels of C-peptide and β2-MG in patients with different conditions in the study group were significantly different(P<0.01).The levels of C-peptide and β2-MG in patients with type 2 diabetes without nephropathy were the lowest,and the levels of C-peptide and β2-MG were highest in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Type 2 diabetic nephropathy proteinuria levels were significantly positively correlated with C peptide and β2-MG levels(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusions Serum C-peptide andβ2-MG levels are abnormally high in T2DM patients.Serum C-peptide and β2-MG levels are associated with the risk of type 2 diabetic nephropathy,and clinical attention should be paid.
