摘要
大数据分析应用是智慧水务的建设重点,数据是其最基础和最核心的要素。在供水企业中,“数据即资产”已经被广泛认知,如何建立数据资产管理体系和架构,从而有效挖掘和释放数据价值仍是目前的难点所在。建立供水企业数据字典将彻底解决数据架构失控、元数据管理混乱、数据标准缺失、数据质量参差不齐、数据增长无序、数据安全等问题,为此从供水企业数据的特点和分类、供水企业数据字典建立路径等方面进行探讨和研究,为相关企业提供参考。
Big data analysis and application is the key point of smart water construction,and data is its most basic and core element.In water supply enterprises,“data is asset”has been widely recognized.However,how to establish data asset management system and architecture,and then,how to effectively mine and release data value is still the difficulty at present.The establishment of data dictionary will completely solve the problems of out-of-control data architecture,confusing metadata management,missing data standards,uneven data quality,disorderly data growth,data security and so on.This paper discusses and studies the characteristics and classification of data of water supply enterprises and the path of establishing data dictionary for water supply enterprises,and provides reference for the relevant enterprises.
