风电叶片接闪器腐蚀前后的雷击损伤机理仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 雷电这一自然现象对风力发电机组安全运行带来极大威胁,在风电叶片中预埋接闪器是目前广泛应用的一种雷电防护技术,而对接闪器受大气腐蚀影响、表面覆盖有腐蚀产物之后的接闪性能鲜有研究。建立接闪器腐蚀前后的雷电流传导模型,通过电、热耦合的多物理场仿真,研究接闪器腐蚀前后的雷击损伤变化及其机理,为后续海上风电接闪器的防雷设计和防腐蚀设计提供参考。 Lightning is a natural phenomenon that poses a great threat to the safe operation of wind turbines.Pre-embedded air-termination system in blade is a widely used lightning protection technology.However,there are few studies on the lightning protection performance of air-termination system after it is affected by atmospheric corrosion and its surface is covered with corrosion products.This study establishes a lightning current conduction model before and after the corrosion of air-termination system.Through electrical and thermal coupling multi-physical field simulation,the changes of lightning damage and its mechanism before and after corrosion of air-termination system are investigated to provide a reference for the subsequent lightning protection and anti-corrosion design of offshore wind turbine air-termination systems.
