摘要
随着环境保护、节能减排技术的发展,分离膜技术在污水处理、饮用水生产、海水淡化及特种分离等领域得到了广泛的应用,分离膜的性能测试也越来越全面。由于膜表面带有的荷电性会影响膜的使用性能,荷电性测试成为分离膜重要的测试参数之一。目前业内常用Zeta电位来表征固液界面处的电荷特性,能够快速测试出分离膜表面的电位变化。在综述了Zeta电位在分离膜测试方法、生产工艺、使用工艺、防污染及清洗工艺方面应用研究进展的基础上,展望了今后的发展方向。
With the development of environmental protection,energy saving and emission reduction technologies,separation membrane technology has been widely used in sewage treatment,drinking water production,seawater desalination,special separation and other fields.The performance test of separation membrane has become more and more comprehensive.Because the chargeability of the membrane surface will affect the performance of the membrane,the chargeability test has become one of the important test parameters of the membrane.At present,the zeta potential is commonly used to characterize the charge characteristics at the solid-liquid interface,which can quickly test the potential changes on the membrane surface.This paper reviews the application of zeta potential in membrane test method,production process,application process,pollution prevention and cleaning process,and prospects the future development direction of zeta potential.
