摘要
为增加污泥透气性及提高蚯蚓活动范围,促进城镇污泥的降解,利用蚯蚓处理造粒污泥,研究了污泥理化指标和生物稳定化参数的变化。结果显示,蚯蚓在造粒污泥中成活率高,产卵量大,幼蚓生长状况良好;相比对照组,蚯蚓处理产物的电导率,硝酸盐氮,总磷,有效磷含量均显著升高,pH显著下降,但氨氮,亚硝酸盐氮和总氮变化不大。蚯蚓组水溶性有机碳、脱氢酶活性、微生物碳量和有机质显著低于对照组。研究表明,蚯蚓可直接处理造粒污泥,加快污泥降解。
Changes of physicochemical and biological stabilization parameters during vermicomposting of pelletized dehydrated sludge in 60 days experiments were investigated to accelerate degradation of excess sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plant by improving permeability of excess sludge and area of earthworm activities. As compared to the control treatment without earthworms, the numbers of adult earthworms from the earthworm treatment basically remained the same, but great amounts of hatchlings(81±7.5) and cocoons(681±31.2) were produced. Significantly higher values in electrical conductivity, nitrate, total phosphorus, available phosphorus and lower content in pH, in final products of vermicomposting treatment than that without earthworms were recorded, but the concentration of ammonia nitrogen, nitrite and total nitrogen remained relatively stable. The trends of dissolved organic matter and dehydrogenase activity in both treatments rise at the earlier stage and declined at the later period, with significantly lower value of product of earthworm activity in relation to the treatment without earthworms. Furthermore, earthworm activities improved decomposition of sludge reflected by lower organic matter and microbial biomass carbon compared to the treatment without earthworms. The results reflect that pelletized dehydrated sludge can be directly dealt with earthworms and vermicompost with relative stability and abundant nutrients may be used in agricultural applications.
