摘要
四妙散方剂是由二妙散方剂经多年临床应用逐渐发展而来,其较二妙散而言,清热利湿之功更大,且能补肝肾而专注下焦湿热之证,对于多种因湿热所致的疾患均有较好的疗效。本人导师应用四妙散加味治疗湿热等引起的痛风、口腔溃疡、黄带等内科、妇科疾病,取得了良好的疗效,扩大了四妙散的应用范围,也在临床中阐明了中医"异病同治"之内涵。
Simiao powder prescription is gradually developed from Ermiao powder prescription through years of clinical application. Compared with Ermiao powder, it has a greater effect on clearing away heat and dampness, and it can nourish the liver and kidney and focus on the syndrome of damp-heat in the lower jiao. It also has a good effect on a variety of diseases caused by damp-heat. My instructor applied Simiao powder to treat gout, oral ulcers, menstrual yellow belt and other medical and gynecological diseases caused by damp-heat, which achieved good results. It expanded the scope of application of Simiao powder and also clarified the "different diseases" of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice The meaning of "Tongzhi".
