摘要
稳定是社会发展的必要前提。随着我国经济社会的快速发展,基层矛盾呈现出更加复杂多变的特性,单纯靠传统的矛盾化解机制已不能满足现状。为贯彻中央依法治国方略,广东省提出了按法治框架解决基层矛盾机制,博罗县是积极落实这一机制的试点之一。因此,博罗县人大常委会在党委的坚强领导下,充分发挥主导作用,大胆探索、积极推动,初步摸索出一条符合当地实际、人民群众自觉运用、便民高效的以法治思维和法治方式解决基层矛盾的新路子和长效机制,为各地提供经验借鉴。
Stability is a necessary prerequisite for social development.With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the contradictions at the grassroots level have shown more complex and changeable characteristics,and the traditional contradiction resolution mechanism alone cannot satisfy the status quo.In order to implement the central government's strategy of governing the country by law,Guangdong Province has proposed a mechanism for resolving grass-roots conflicts in accordance with the rule of law framework.Boluo County is one of the pilots actively implementing this mechanism.Therefore,under the strong leadership of the Party committee,the Standing Committee of Boluo County People's Congress has given full play to its leading role,boldly explored and actively promoted,and initially explored a new way and long-term mechanism to solve grass-roots contradictions with the rule of law thinking and the rule of law,which is in line with the local reality,the people's conscious use,and the convenience of the people,so as to provide experience and reference for all localities.
