摘要
塑料具有优异的性能,在人类生活的几乎每一个领域都得到了广泛的应用。但是很多废弃塑料在自然条件下难以降解,易造成“白色污染”。废弃塑料的传统处理方法有掩埋法、焚烧法等,对环境污染较大,不能从根本上解决难题。已有研究报道,包括黄粉虫幼虫肠道菌群在内的很多微生物都能对塑料起到降解作用,因此,以聚氯乙烯(PVC)为例探讨塑料生物学降解研究的最新进展,为生物降解塑料提供新的思路和方法,具有重要的经济和环保意义。
Plastics have excellent properties and are widely used in almost every field of human life.However,many waste plastics are difficult to degrade under natural conditions,which is easy to cause“white pollution”.The traditional treatment methods of waste plastics are burying and burning,which cause great environmental pollution and can not fundamentally solve the problem.It has been reported that many microorganisms,including the intestinal microflora of Tenebrio molitor larvae,can degrade plastics,providing new ideas and methods for biodegradation of plastics,which is of great economic and environmental significance.Therefore,the latest progress in the study of biological degradation of plastics was discussed with polyvinyl chloride(PVC)as an example.
