摘要
利用熔融结晶技术对粗对苯二甲酰氯进行提纯,考察了结晶终温、发汗终温、降温速率和升温速率对产品纯度和结晶收率的影响,最终确定最佳工艺条件为:降温速率为0.05℃/min,结晶终温为64℃,升温速率为0.1℃/min,发汗终温为76℃,所得产品纯度在99.8%以上。
The crude terephthaloyl dichloride was purified by melting crystallization technology. The effects of the final crystallization temperature, final sweating temperature, cooling rate and heating rate on the purity and crystallization yield of the product were investigated. The optimum technological conditions were determined as follows: the cooling rate is 0.05 ℃/min, the final crystallization temperature is 64 ℃ and the heating rate is 0.1 ℃/min, the final sweating temperature is 76 ℃ and the purity of the product is over 99.8 %.
