介入栓塞治疗对颅内动脉瘤合并载瘤动脉狭窄的效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨介入栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤合并载瘤动脉狭窄的临床效果及安全性。方法选取颅内动脉瘤合并载瘤动脉狭窄患者40例,依据不同治疗方式分成两组,对照组21例,应用开颅夹闭术治疗;研究组19例,应用介入栓塞治疗。结果研究组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用介入栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤合并载瘤动脉狭窄,可显著提高治疗效果,降低发生术后并发症的风险。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of interventional embolization in the treatment of intracranial aneurysm combined with parent artery stenosis.Methods A total of 40 patients with intracranial aneurysm combined with parent artery stenosis were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=21)and a study group(n=19)according to the therapy option.The control group was treated with craniotomy and clipping,and the study group was treated with interventional embolization.Results The study group had a higher clinical efficacy(P<0.05)and a lower incidence of complications(P<0.05)than the control group.Conclusion Application of interventional embolization in the treatment of intracranial aneurysm combined with parent artery stenosis can significantly improve the efficacy and lower the risk of postoperative complications.
