摘要
依托于高职类中外合作办学机构——红河国际学院,研究与实践基于新时代中外合作办学背景下的党建工作,为国际合作背景下的人才培养提供有意义的借鉴。实践表明,要充分发挥基层党组织的特色与亮点,拓宽工作思想与措施,确保中外合作办学沿着健康有序正确的方向发展。阐述了不断加强高校基层组织建设,做到一个责任,践行“两学一做”,不忘初心,牢记使命,建设“党建+”工程,即:党建+政治引领、党建+中心工作、党建+队伍建设、党建+品牌创建、党建+载体建设。
The paper focuses on the research and practice of China-Canada cooperation in running schools under the background of party construction,which provides international cooperation under the background of the talent training meaningful reference.Experiences show that we should give full play to the special features of the grassroots party organizations,broaden the working thought,and measures and ensure the development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in a healthy,orderly and correct direction.This paper expounds the continuous strengthening of the construction of grass-roots organizations in colleges and universities,fulfills a responsibility,practices"two studies and one action",keeps in mind the original intention and mission,and build the"five-in-one"project,namely:party building+political guidance,party building+central work,party building+team building,party building+brand building,party building+carrier building.
