摘要
目的:探讨时间康复护理在对脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍患者进行护理中的应用效果。方法:将2017年1月至2019年7月期间盐城市大丰中医院收治的103例脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍患者分为对照组(n=52)观察组(n=51)。对两组患者均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,对对照组患者进行常规护理,对观察组患者进行时间康复护理。然后比较两组患者吞咽功能的恢复情况及生活质量。结果:治护后,观察组患者进行洼田饮水试验的得分低于对照组患者,P<0.05;其世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)的社会关系因素评分、环境因素评分、心理因素评分、生理因素评分均高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍患者进行时间康复护理的效果较为理想,可有效地改善其吞咽功能,提高其生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of time rehabilitation nursing in nursing patients with swallowing dysfunction after cerebral infarction.Methods:103 patients with post-cerebral infarction dysphagia admitted to Dafeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Yancheng city from January 2017 to July 2019 were divided into control group(n=52)and observation group(n=51).Both groups received routine treatment.On this basis,the control group of patients for routine care,the observation group of patients for time rehabilitation nursing.Then the recovery of swallowing function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment and care,the score of the patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of social relationship factors,environmental factors,psychological factors and physiological factors in whoQOL-BREF were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of time rehabilitation nursing for patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction is relatively ideal,which can effectively improve their swallowing function and improve their quality of life.
