摘要
目的:探讨用复方黄柏洗液联合聚焦超声疗法治疗外阴白斑的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月至12月期间在重庆市垫江县中医院接受诊治的56例外阴白斑患者作为研究对象。将这56例患者分为对照组(n=28)和观察组(n=28)。对两组患者均使用聚焦超声疗法进行治疗。在此基础上,对观察组患者加用复方黄柏洗液进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的痊愈率。结果:接受治疗后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者的痊愈率更高,χ~2=12.000,P=0.001。结论:用复方黄柏洗液联合聚焦超声疗法治疗外阴白斑的临床效果较好,可有效地提高患者的痊愈率。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of compound Huangbai lotion combined with focused ultrasound therapy in the treatment of vulva leukoplakia.Methods:56 patients with leucoplakia who were treated in The Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Dianjiang County,Chongqing city from January to December 2019 were selected as study subjects.The 56 patients were divided into control group(n=28)and observation group(n=28).Both groups were treated with focused ultrasound therapy.On this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with compound Huangbai lotion.Then,the recovery rates of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher recovery rate,χ^2=12.000,P=0.001.Conclusion:Compound Huangbai lotion combined with focused ultrasound therapy for the treatment of vulva leuva is a good clinical effect,can effectively im prove the recovery rate of patients.
