摘要
目的:探讨用中药、手法复位联合小夹板固定术治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法:将2015年9月至2019年9月期间四川省开江县永兴中心卫生院收治的463例桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象。对这463例患者均使用中药、手法复位联合小夹板固定术进行治疗。然后观察这些患者的临床疗效。结果:这463例患者均被治愈,其治疗的总有效率为100%。结论:用中药、手法复位联合小夹板固定术治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果确切。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine and manual reduction combined with small splint fixation in the treatment of distal radius fractures.Methods:463 patients with distal radius fractures admitted to Yongxing Central Health Center,Kaijiang County,Sichuan Province from September 2015 to September 2019 were studied.The 463 patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine,manual reduction combined with small splint fixation.The clinical efficacy of these patients was then observed.Results:All the 463 patients were cured,and the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine and manual reduction combined with small splints are effective in treating distal radius fractures.
