摘要
目的:比较用股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复术与腹部带蒂皮瓣修复术治疗手外伤软组织缺损的临床效果。方法:选择2016年1月至2018年12月期间无锡市太湖医院收治的74例手外伤软组织缺损患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复术组(AFPFR组,n=37)与腹部带蒂皮瓣修复术组(RAPF组,n=37)。分别用股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复术与腹部带蒂皮瓣修复术对AFPFR组患者与RAPF组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者治疗的优良率及其术后并发症的发生率。结果:与RAPF组患者相比,AFPFR组患者治疗的优良率更高,其术后并发症的发生率更低,P<0.05。结论:与用腹部带蒂皮瓣修复术治疗手外伤软组织缺损相比,用股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复术治疗该病的效果更好,且治疗的安全性更高。
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of anterolateral thigh perforator flap and abdominal pedicled flap in the treatment of soft tissue defect after hand trauma.Methods:A total of 74 patients with hand trauma and soft tissue defect admitted to Taihu Hospital of Wuxi from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into anterolateral thigh perforator flap repair group(AFPFR group,n=37)and abdominal pedicled flap repair group(RAPF group,n=37).The AFPFR group and RAPF group were treated with anterolateral thigh perforator flap and abdominal pedicled flap respectively,and then the excellent and good rates of treatment and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with RAPF group,AFPFR group had a higher rate of excellent and good treatment and a lower incidence of postoperative complications(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the abdominal pedicled flap in the treatment of soft tissue defect of hand trauma,the anterol ateral thigh perforator flap is more effective and safer in the treatment of this disease.
