摘要
目的:探讨并分析用后路选择性矫形融合固定术治疗退变性脊柱侧弯(degenerative scoliosis,DS)的临床效果。方法:将2017年4月至2019年7月新疆医科大学第一附属医院收治的41例DS患者按照手术方法的不同分为试验组(n=21)与对照组(n=20)。用后路选择性矫形融合固定术对试验组患者进行治疗,用后路开窗减压术联合椎弓根螺钉固定术对对照组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分及其Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)的评分。结果:术后3个月,试验组患者VAS的评分和ODI的评分均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:用后路选择性矫形融合固定术治疗DS能显著减轻患者腰背部疼痛的程度,改善其脊柱的功能。
Objective:To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of posterior selective orthopedic fusion against degenerative scoliosis(DS).Methods:41 DS patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from April 2017 to July 2019 were divided into experimental group(n=21)and control group(n=20)according to different surgical methods.Patients in the experimental group were treated with posterior selective orthopedic fusion,and patients in the control group were treated with posterior windowing decompression combined with pedicle screw fixation.Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and Oswestry disability Index(ODI)scores of the two groups were then compared.Results:three months after surgery,VAS and ODI scores of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of DS with posterior selective orthopedic fusion can significantly reduce the degree of lower back pain and improve the function of the spine.
