摘要
为查清某铅锌矿石矿物组成、矿物嵌布特征和粒度分布等,对该矿石进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:矿石中铅品位1.21%、锌品位1.09%,铅矿物主要为方铅矿,锌矿物主要为闪锌矿,铅、锌矿物均有一定程度的氧化;方铅矿、闪锌矿、黄铁矿的嵌布粒度均较粗,但分布不均匀;方铅矿、闪锌矿和黄铁矿单体解离较好。工艺矿物学研究结果可为该矿石处理工艺选择提供依据。
Systematic study on the process mineralogy is conducted in order to investigate the mineral composition,dissemination features and grain size distribution of a lead-zinc ore.The results show that the lead grade is 1.21%,zinc grade is 1.09% in the ore.Lead minerals are mainly galena,zinc minerals are mainly blende,and lead and zinc minerals are oxidized to some extent;galena,blende and pyrite are disseminated in coarser grains and distri-buted unevenly;galena,blende and pyrite are in good monomer dissociation.The result of process mineralogy study can provide basis to choose dressing processes for the ore.
