摘要
目的探讨在鼻内窥镜直视下泪小管断裂吻合术治疗泪小管断裂的临床疗效。方法回顾性研究2016年1月~2019年1月在我院眼科就诊的泪小管断裂患者36例,分为两组,对照组实施传统泪小管断裂吻合术,观察组实施鼻内窥镜下泪小管断裂吻合术,每组18例。比较两组手术中置入泪道引流管的时间,术中出血情况,术后6 h、24 h、48 h疼痛评分以及治疗总有效率。结果观察组术中置入泪道引流管时间较对照组短,术中出血情况较对照组少(P<0.05),术后6 h、术后24 h疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),术后48 h两组疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组与观察组临床疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼻内窥镜下泪小管断裂吻合术可提高泪小管断裂患者手术中置入泪道引流管时间,早期可减轻患者疼痛,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of anastomosis for laceration of lacrimal canaliculus under nasal endoscope against laceration of lacrimal canaliculus.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 36 patients with laceration of lacrimal canaliculus who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019.They were divided into two groups,with 18 patients in each group.The control group received traditional anastomosis for laceration of lacrimal canaliculus,while the observation group received anastomosis for laceration of lacrimal canaliculus under nasal endoscope.The time of intraoperative lacrimal drainage tube insertion and intraoperative bleeding,the pain scores at 6 h,24 h and 48 h after operation,and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The time of intraoperative lacrimal drainage tube insertion in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),the pain scores at 6 h and 24 h after operation were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the pain scores at 48 h after operation were not different between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no difference in clinical efficacy between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).Conclusion Anastomosis for laceration of lacrimal canaliculus under nasal endoscope can shorten the time of intraoperative lacrimal drainage tube insertion for the patients with laceration of lacrimal canaliculus,and relieve the patients'pain in the early stage.It is worthy of reference.
