摘要
本研究制备了奥沙西泮杂质Ⅱ——6-氯-4-苯基喹啉-2-甲醛(中国药典2015版)。以奥沙西泮为原料,制备得到纯度99%以上的杂质Ⅱ,方法条件温和,操作简单,收率高,合成的杂质Ⅱ可用于杂质的定性和定量分析,从而提高奥沙西泮的用药安全性。
The related substances Ⅱ, 6-chloro-4-phenylquinazoline-2-carbaldehyde was synthesized. Applied oxazepam as raw material, the impurity Ⅱ with a purity of 99% or more was obtained. This method had mild reaction conditions, convenient operation and high yield. The synthetic impurity could be used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of impurities, thus improved the safety of oxazepam’s medication.
