摘要
卧式容器作为压力容器中最常见的结构型式之一,常采用鞍式支座来支承。当选用NB/T47065.1-2018标准鞍式支座进行卧式容器设计计算时,发现在垫板不起加强作用,鞍座的应力由水平拉应力控制时,部分鞍座水平应力σ9不满足《卧式容器》NB/T47042-2014校核要求。由此可见,按标准鞍式支座的选取原则,即在满足鞍座标准规定的条件下,当垫板不起加强作用时,有必要对选用的标准鞍式支座进行强度校核。
As one of the most common structural types in pressure vessels,horizontal vessels are often supported by saddle supports.When the NB/T47065.1-2018 standard saddle support is selected for the horizontal vessel designand calculation,it is found that the backing plate does not have a strengthening effect and the saddle stress is controlled by the horizontal tensile stress,and the horizontal stress of some saddles does not meet NB/T47042-2014"Horizontal Vessel"check requirements.It can be seen that,according to the selection principle of the standard saddle support,that is,under the conditions specified in the saddle standard,when the backing plate does not have a strengthening effect,it is necessary to check the strength of the selected standard saddle support.
