乳腺癌中枢神经系统转移的治疗现状及分子机制研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 随着乳腺癌患者生存质量的提高和生存时间的明显延长,乳腺癌中枢神经系统转移(breast cancer CNS metastasis,BCCM)的发病率逐年升高,成为临床上一个亟待解决的难题。本文主要围绕乳腺癌分子分型与BCCM的发生、治疗现状和分子机制等方面的新进展进行综述,旨在为BCCM的综合诊疗和基础研究提供新的思路和方向。
