摘要
对异烟酸-吡唑啉酮分光光度法测定蒸馏酒及其配制酒中氰化物进行改进,消除检测过程中产生的干扰。样品经2 g/L的氢氧化钠溶液碱解、磷酸盐缓冲溶液调节pH后,与氯胺T溶液反应,用异烟酸-吡唑啉酮溶液显色,过0.22 mm水系滤头过滤,于638 nm处进行比色分析。氰化物的最低检测限为0.1 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.3%~2.9%,加标回收率为95.0%~97.0%。0.1~5.0 mg/L范围内,相关系数为r=0.9991。该方法能满足酒中氰化物测定,有效消除干扰。
To eliminate the interference generated by the inspection process,the spectrophotometry with isonicotinic acid-pyrazole ketones of cyanide in distilled liquors or assembled alcoholic drink was improved.After alkaline hydrolysis with 2 g/L sodium hydroxide solution and adjusting pH with phosphate buffered solution,the samples reacted chemically with chloramine T solution.Then,after color reaction with isonicotinic acid-pyrazole ketones solution and filtration with 0.22 mm filter with water system,they were determinated with colorimetric analysis for 638 nm wavelengths.In the detection of cyanide in distilled liquors or assembled alcoholic drinks,detection limit was 0.1 mg/L;the RSDs were 3.3%~2.9%;the recoveries of standard addition were 95.0%~97.0%.The correlation coefficient of cyanide in the range of 0.1~5.0 mg/L was 0.9991.This method can meet the determination of cyanide in distilled liquors or assembled alcoholic drinks and effectively eliminate the interference.
