摘要
通过梳理蔗糖价格联动机制的内涵,分析了蔗糖价格联动机制实施的效果,发现蔗糖价格联动机制在一定程度上解决了广西蔗糖产业发展困境,但仍然存在蔗农增收不稳定,甘蔗及食糖产量呈波动增长趋势,制糖企业效益不稳定问题;同时对比了食糖市场价格变动及蔗糖价格联动机制的实施对蔗农及糖厂利益变化的影响,结果显示:受食糖市场价格波动的影响,糖厂利益变化程度显著大于蔗农。最后,从4个方面提出完善蔗糖产业高质量发展对策。
Analyzing of the connotation of the sugar price linkage mechanism,the effect on the implementation of cane sugar price linkage mechanism,found that sugar price linkage mechanism had solved the predicament of sugar industry development in Guangxi,but there were still some problems about farmers'income was not stable,sugar cane and sugar yield showed a trend of fluctuations in growth and sugar industry benefit unstable;At the same time,the effects of the fluctuation of sugar market price and the linkage mechanism of sucrose price on the changes between sugar cane farmers and sugar mills were compared.The results showed that the changes extent of sugarcane mills'benefits were significantly greater than sugarcane farmers',due to the fluctuation of sugar market price.Finally,in order to improve the high quality development of sugar cane industry were proposed from four aspects.
