能源可视化管理系统在企业节能增效中的实践 被引量:2

摘要 节能增效工程从初期的引进节能技术和设备性能提升,到现在向精细化管理要效益,其中可视化管理有较大潜力。提出一种集成了生产控制过程、安全关键点和能耗信息三方面的能源可视化管理系统。采用AX Energy能源分析管理软件,实现自动化抄表和报表生成;引入能效比指标,实现能源消耗和产能结合的目标管理;将安全与生产控制有机结合,深度对接能耗信息的实时控制,保障设备及工艺运行安全。能源可视化管理系统将管理节能与设备节能紧密结合起来,对改善企业用能进行了多方位探索,为进一步优化工艺控制和设备管理提供了有力的保障。 The engineering of energy saving and efficiency increase has been improved from the introduction of energy saving technology and equipment performance in the initial stage to asking for the benefit from refined management at present,among which visual management has great potential.A visualized energy management system which integrates three aspects:control process of production,key points of safety and information of energy consumption is presented.Energy analysis and management software AX Energy is used to realize automatic meter reading and report generation;energy efficiency index is introduced to realize the target management of energy consumption and capacity combination;by organically connecting the safety control with production control and deeply jointing the real-time control of energy consumption information,to ensure the safety of equipment and process operation.The energy visualization management system combines management energy saving and equipment energy saving closely,and explores the improvement of enterprise energy consumption in many aspects,which provides a strong guarantee for further optimization of process control and equipment management.
