摘要
浦东开发开放为上海的发展提供了机遇,国内资本和海外资本流向浦东,上海获得了一个新增长极。在全球化日益加深的今天,国际城市间的竞争更趋激烈。上海当前的重要任务就是致力于成为与纽约、伦敦和东京同级别的全球卓越城市。党的十八大以来,服务业对外开放力度加大,上海自贸区作为试点,放开市场准入、简化审批,推动服务业竞争,提高服务业整体水平,改善了上海的营商环境,使投资更具有吸引力。长三角一体化等国家大战略的出台,促进了上海和长三角周边地区更深入的经济融合。对外开放、对内融合的双重开放格局,为上海建设全球卓越城市提供了有力支撑。
The development and opening-up in Pudong provided opportunities for the development of Shanghai because domestic and overseas capital flowed to Pudong,which added a new growth pole to Shanghai.Today,as globalization is deepening,the competition among international cities is becoming more intense.The important mission of Shanghai at present is to strive to be a global city of excellence at the same level as New York,London,and Tokyo.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the opening-up of the service industry has increased.The Shanghai Free Trade Zone has been used as a pilot to liberalize market access,simplify approvals,promote competition in the service industry,improve the overall level of the service industry,and ameliorate the business environment in Shanghai,making it more attractive for investment.The introduction of major national strategies such as the integration of the Yangtze River Delta has promoted the deeper economic integration between Shanghai and the surrounding Yangtze River Delta regions.The dual opening pattern of opening-up to the outside world and internal integration has provided strong support for Shanghai in building a global outstanding city.
