不同盐碱胁迫对‘绿海碱蓬1号’种子萌发的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本研究采用3组不同浓度不同盐碱溶液对‘绿海碱蓬1号’种子进行了萌发试验,测定了相对发芽率、相对发芽势和萌发指数,确定了耐盐碱适宜范围、半致死及致死盐碱浓度。研究结果表明,随着不同盐碱溶液浓度的上升,种子相对发芽率、相对发芽势和萌发指数均呈下降趋势。‘绿海碱蓬1号’在萌发期具有很强的耐盐碱性,其中,在NaCl溶液中,其耐盐适宜浓度可达1.61%;在NaHCO3溶液中,其耐盐适宜浓度可达1.50%;在NaCl+NaHCO3的混合溶液中,其耐盐碱适宜浓度可达1.39%。此外本研究还发现,‘绿海碱蓬1号’对单盐溶液的适应性要强于对盐碱混合溶液的适应性,而且对NaCl溶液(盐溶液)的适应性要强于对NaHCO3溶液(碱性溶液)的适应性。 The three groups of different saline alkali solutions with different concentrations were used to test the germination of'Lv Hai Suaeda glauca No.1'in this study.The relative germination percentage,relative germination energy and germination index were measured,and the suitable range,half lethal and lethal saline alkali concentration of salt alkali tolerance were determined.The results showed that the relative germination percentage,relative germination energy and germination index decreased with the increase of the concentration of saline alkali solution.At the same time,'Lv Hai No.1'has high salt and alkali tolerance during germination.For example,in NaCl solution,the optimum concentration of salt tolerance was 1.61%,in NaHCO3 solution,the optimum concentration of salt tolerance was 1.50%,and in NaCl+NaHCO3 mixed solution,the optimum concentration of salt tolerance was 1.39%.In addition,the results also showed that the adaptability of'Lv Hai No.1'in single salt solution was stronger than in mixed salt and alkali solution,and the adaptability in NaCl solution(salt solution)was stronger than in NaHCO3 solution(alkaline solution).
