摘要
在黑龙江凉水国家级自然保护区(47°10′50″N,128°53′20″E)内,按照小兴安岭阔叶红松林皆伐迹地植被自然恢复过程中森林进展演替的次序,分别选择立地条件相近的毛榛子灌丛、软阔叶林、软硬阔混交林、硬阔叶林、红松原始林(为对照)为试验地;在每种植被类型内布设3块20 m×30 m的样地,在每个样地内用5点法采集0~10 cm土层的土壤样品,采用改进的Hedley磷分级方法测定土壤样品中各组分磷的质量分数,分析小兴安岭地区阔叶红松林皆伐迹地上自然恢复的主要次生植被类型之间及与对照之间表层土壤磷素有效性的差异。结果表明:除酸溶性有机磷(HCl-Po)外,其余组分磷质量分数均与土壤全磷总质量分数呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05),是决定阔叶红松林土壤磷库储量的重要磷源。高活性的水溶性磷(H 2O-P i)、碳酸氢钠无机磷(NaHCO 3-P i)、中活性的氢氧化钠磷(NaOH-P i和NaOH-Po)质量分数的大小对土壤有效磷质量分数的高低有显著影响。小兴安岭阔叶红松林皆伐迹地植被自然恢复,主要通过NaHCO 3-P i的直接作用、NaOH-P i和NaOH-Po的间接影响,显著提升表层土壤磷素有效性。
This study was conducted in Liangshui National Nature Reserve of Heilongjiang Province(47°10′50″N,128°53′20″E).Corylus mandshurica association,softwood stand,hardwood-softwood mix stand,hardwood stand and broad-leaved Korean pine forests(as control)with similar site conditions were selected as field experiment site across early to later successional stages during the natural restoration of vegetation in the clear-cutting area originated from broad-leaved Korean pine forests in Xiaoxing’an Mountains.Three plots(20 m×30 m)were set up in each of five stands,and five surface soil(0-10 cm)samples were collected in each plot.We compared the phosphorus content of different soil component in surface soil by using modified Hedley phosphorus classification method.And the aim is to understand the differences and changes of soil phosphorus availability of the main natural vegetation types that are naturally recovered from the clear-cutting Broad-leaved Korean pine forests in the Xiaoxing’an Mountains.The phosphorus content of the different components had a significant positive correlation with the total phosphorus content in surface soil(P<0.05),which determined the soil phosphorus storage in the broad-leaved Korean pine forest,but it is not the case for acid-soluble organic phosphorus(HCl-Po).The contents of highly active water-soluble phosphorus(H2O-Pi),sodium bicarbonate inorganic phosphorus(NaHCO3-Pi)and medium active sodium hydroxide phosphorus(NaOH-Pi and NaOH-Po)have significantly influences on the soil available phosphorus content change.During natural vegetation restoration,the availability of phosphorus in surface soil increased significantly,and it was mainly achieved through the direct effect of sodium bicarbonate inorganic phosphorus(NaHCO3-Pi)and the indirect effects of sodium hydroxide phosphate(NaOH-Pi and NaOH-Po).
