摘要
首先介绍了焊接过程中提高焊接质量的有用信息,然后介绍了目前对焊接过程的主要研究方法,其中包括声信号、电信号、光谱信号、软件仿真和高速摄像技术这5种研究手段,综合分析了各种技术的优缺点,并结合目前比较热门的智能焊接技术提出了未来焊接技术研究手段的发展趋势。这对智能焊接更好的发展具有指导意义。
Firstly, useful information in the welding process to improve the welding quality was introduced, then the main research methods of the welding process, including acoustic signal, electrical signal, spectral signal, software simulation and high-speed camera technology were introduced, the comprehensive analysis of advantages and disadvantages of various technologies was carried out. Combined with the current popular smart welding technology, the development trend of future research techniques of welding technology was proposed. It provides guidance for further research in this domain.
