摘要
目的:观察中药封包联合火龙罐治疗风寒湿型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取风寒湿型颈椎病患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组予以中药封包治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以火龙罐治疗,观察两组的临床疗效。结果:对照组VAS疼痛评分(5.31±1.02)分,明显高于观察组的(2.50±1.39)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组满意度为75.0%,观察组满意度为97.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总有效率为72.5%,观察组为92.5%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药封包联合火龙罐治疗风寒湿型颈椎病疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective to investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with huilong cupping in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness-type cervical spondylotic disease.Methods 80 cases of wind-cold-dampness-type cervical spondylotic disease were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases each.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation,and the observation group was treated with huilong cupping on the basis of the control group.Results The VAS score of the control group(5.31±1.02)was significantly higher than that of the observation group(2.50±1.39),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction was 75.0%in the control group and 97.5%in the observation group(P<0.05).the total effective rate was 72.5%in the control group and 92.5%in the observation group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine encapsulation combined with huilong cupping is effective in treating wind-cold-dampness-type cervical spondylotic disease,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
